The following terms apply to all deposits made to an ee999 Account:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. ee999 reserves the right to impose transaction limits at any time for risk management purposes.

ee999's total cumulative liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a Player does not agree with the amended Terms, they should close their Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date. Any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited and will not be returned.
